Xi Jinping pointed out that since the establishment of diplomatic relations 40 years ago, China and Kuwait have always been sincere and friendly, supported each other on issues involving each other's core interests and major concerns, and become important friends and partners on the road to development and revitalization. At the end of last year, I had a telephone conversation with President Ouattara and reached a new consensus on deepening bilateral cooperation in various fields.
